About the Role

Our client is seeking a UI/UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experience for agents and clients alike. Your creative vision and technical expertise will shape the user interfaces and experiences of tools and systems that are critical to business operations. By understanding the needs of both internal teams and end users, you will craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces that streamline processes and elevate overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web-based tools and applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate design decisions and improve user workflows.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries.
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility across platforms and products.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in UI/UX design with a proven portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes
• Proficiency in design tools such asFigma , Adobe Creative Suite , Sketch , or similar tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Experience designing responsive web applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and rationale

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or frontend development concepts
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies
• Understanding of UX metrics and data-driven design decisions
• Experience designing for complex or data-heavy applications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
